摻釹釩酸釓晶體(Nd:GdVO4)
摻釹釩酸釓晶體(Nd:GdVO4)是和摻釹釩酸釔單晶(Nd:YVO4)性質(zhì)相近的優(yōu)秀的激光晶體,具有優(yōu)良的物理、光學(xué)、機械性能,是理想的激光二極管泵浦全固態(tài)(DPSS)微小型激光器的激光工作物質(zhì)之一.它比Nd:YAG有更高的斜率效率，比釩酸釔有更好的熱導(dǎo)和高輸出功率，故在高功率DPSS場合，使用Nd:GdVO4的效果會比使用Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4更好。
